You select the residents you plan to see, assign the estimated MBS items (such as standard RACF attendance or case conferences), and create the round.
Automated Tracking & Status Updates
Once a round is created:
- Signing links are distributed to residents or remote representatives automatically.
- The dashboard shows the real-time status of each patient (Draft, Pending Signature, Signed, or Consent Hold).
- Once signed, the validated consent is marked as "Claim Ready".
- The practice can export the complete round data as a clean CSV or PDF bundle for direct entry into their billing system.
