The service. GPConsent is software that helps Australian healthcare practices capture, store and export Medicare Assignment of Benefit consent. You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for your own Medicare billing decisions.
Not legal or billing advice. GPConsent is built around the consent requirements but does not constitute legal, compliance or billing advice. You remain responsible for confirming your obligations and the validity of each claim.
Accounts. You must provide accurate details, keep credentials secure, and only grant access to authorised staff. You’re responsible for activity under your account.
Trial & billing. Plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial, subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe at the plan rate. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period.
Acceptable use. Don’t misuse the service, attempt to breach security, or use it unlawfully or for anyone you’re not authorised to act for.
Availability & liability. We aim for high availability but provide the service “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months. Nothing limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
